If the side streets and sidewalks to your house are icy or hazardous, we will not send our drivers out.
As soon as the roads are cleared we will have someone from the office contact you and reschedule your pick up.

We pick up once a week in each area. Sorry, we don't pick up in the core Downtown Portland, Canby, Sandy, Hillsboro or Sherwood
We take all kinds of good useable household items, including clothing, shoes, hats, bedding, kitchen gadgets, dishes, pictures, knick knacks, TV's and electronics, CD's , movies, DVDs, small and large kichen appliances, furniture and beds, excersize equipment, tools, patio furniture, sinks, bowling balls etc. Just no junk!
Remember: Items must be ready to go, smaller items should be packaged in bags or boxes, left outside in a protected area like the garage, driveway or porch area, protected from the weather. The Drivers come by between 10 & 3 pm, you don't need to be home. The drivers will leave any unuseable items behind.
